A targeted mold assessment adds the licensed on-site work: visual inspection, thermal imaging, moisture meter readings, and source investigation across the areas of concern you name. The Whole Home Mold Assessment starts at $795 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft and steps up in $100 increments per additional 1,000 sq ft. Homes 3,001 to 4,000 sq ft are $895. 4,001 to 5,000 sq ft is $995. 5,001 to 6,000 sq ft is $1,095. Homes over 6,000 sq ft, properties with more than two HVAC systems, and pier and beam or crawlspace foundations are quoted individually with a same-day proposal.
